Location: Eau Claire, WI
Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually
Description: The Judge Group is in search of a great Food Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager candidate for an amazing company in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area!

Responsibilities:
  • Continue to develop a thriving and developing Quality Assurance team
  • Work to provide technical expertise collaborating with Engineering and Ops on process, sanitation and facility projects
  • Lead Quality Improvement efforts utilizing best practices and continuous improvement 
  • Lead as HACCP Coordinator and ensure FSQA plans remain effective 
  • Promote the company's culture and values of integrity, responsibilities, trust and caring.
Requirements:
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree 
  • Must have Food Manufacturing Regulatory/QA experience (i.e. SQF/BRC/HACCP/PCQI/FDA/USDA)
  • Must have Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience, LSS Belts are a plus!
  • Must have flexibility to share time with off shift teams overlapping 2nd/3rd shifts
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, SQF Practitioner or GFSI certifications highly preferred
  • Position can sit on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift depending on your preference
